Our service includes beverages and lunch on each training day as well as one evening dinner together. Training documents will be handed out to the participants at the venue.
Services that are not included
Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the course fee. We have arranged special rates with our partner hotels, so that the costs you will incur are reasonable. We will be happy to pass your reservation inquiry on to the hotel concerned and will confirm to you all details.
Your registration is appreciated 20 working days before the course begins. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice. We will of course inform you if this happens and offer you an alternative date.
If you are unable to attend on the date booked:
You can cancel your registration free of charge up to 15 days before the course begins, after this we unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 14 days before training starts is 35 % cancellation fee per person.
Cancellation from 7 days before training starts is 50 % cancellation fee per person.
Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time, subject to notification to Weber Academy either by calling +49 6465-918-1341 or email to academy(at)weberweb.com.
Our trainings are held in German, English or French language. If you require an interpreter please inform us at time of booking. We are glad to organize interpreting for you. We will recharge all costs related to providing an interpreter to your company.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course in particular cases.
